Do you ship with a tracking code?

Yes, I provide tracked shipping for all orders with a product value over €20 (excluding shipping costs). This allows you to follow your package during transit. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number.

For orders of €20 or less, tracking is not included by default. If you would like to add tracking, please contact me quickly — once the order is shipped, it is no longer possible to upgrade the shipping option.

How can I track my order?

As soon as your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. You can use it on the carrier’s website to monitor your delivery’s progress.

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes, I ship worldwide. You can enter your shipping address at checkout and the costs will be calculated automatically based on your location.

Can I modify or cancel my order?

If you need to make changes or cancel your order, please contact me as soon as possible. I will do my best to accommodate your request. However, once the order has been shipped, no changes or cancellations can be made.

Do you make custom orders?

Yes, I do, but only for wire-wrapped pieces !

I love creating unique, custom pieces based on your vision. If you have a specific idea or would like something tailor-made, feel free to fill out the custom request form here or contact me directly on Instagram. Once we agree on the design, a €50 deposit will be required to begin the creation process.

What payment methods do you accept?

I accept all major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. You can also pay via PayPal in 4 times without fees

What are the shipping costs?

Shipping costs vary depending on your destination and the weight of your package. You’ll see the total shipping cost calculated at checkout before confirming your order.

How long does shipping take?

I typically process and ship orders within 1–7 business days as I go to the post office once a week. Delivery times vary by location

United States: 7–14 business days

Canada: 10–20 business days

Europe: 2–10 business days

Australia, New Zealand, Oceania: 10–20 business days

Rest of the world: 10–25 business days

What is your return policy?

If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, I accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions :

Contact me within 14 days of receiving your order.

Return the item within 21 days of delivery.

Items must be unworn and in original condition.

Sale items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

A €5 processing fee applies to all returns/exchanges.

If your order included free shipping, €7 will be deducted from your refund to cover the original shipping cost.

For exchanges, the new shipping costs must be paid by the buyer.

Items lost during return transit cannot be refunded or replaced.

Unclaimed packages returned to me by the post service will be treated as returns and subject to fees. Reshipping is possible, but shipping must be paid again.

Please return items in secure packaging. I cannot be held responsible for damage during return transit.

Returns and exchanges are processed within 5 days of arrival. Refunds can take up to 30 days to appear, depending on your payment provider.
