All orders are handmade or carefully prepared in small series.

Orders are processed within 3 to 7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation.

You will receive a notification when your order has been shipped.

For custom or made-to-order pieces, processing time may vary. You will be informed of the timeline before payment.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Free shipping may be offered on orders above a certain amount — check homepage or banners for updates.

3. International Shipping

We ship worldwide. Customs fees or import duties may apply depending on your country’s regulations.

These charges are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in our prices.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

5. Lost or Damaged Packages

We are not responsible for packages lost or damaged during transit.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at contact@nirvaneyecreations.com with photos of the damage and we’ll do our best to assist.

If a parcel is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, please check with your local postal service or neighbors first.

6. Address Issues

Please make sure your shipping address is correct when placing your order.

We are not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
