These Terms and Conditions apply to all purchases made through www.nirvaneyecreations.com, owned and operated by Quentin AYMARD, artisan jewelry designer under the name Nirvan’Eye Creations.

Products:

Each piece is handmade or produced in small batches. As a result, minor variations may occur, which are part of the unique nature of artisan craftsmanship.

 

Prices:

All prices are listed in euros (€). VAT not applicable under article 293B of the French Tax Code. Shipping fees are shown at checkout.

 

Orders:

Placing an order implies full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

 

Payment:

Payments are securely processed via Shopify Payments, PayPal, and major credit cards.

 

Shipping:

Orders are processed within 3 to 7 business days. Shipping times vary by destination.

 

Returns:

In accordance with European consumer law, you have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return.

• Return shipping costs are your responsibility.
• Custom or personalized orders are not eligible for return or exchange.

 

Intellectual Property:

All content (text, images, designs) is the intellectual property of Nirvan Eye Creations and may not be used or reproduced without prior written consent.

Dispute Resolution:

In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought. If not resolved, legal jurisdiction will apply based on the seller’s registered location in France.
